Thank you for your interest in Functional Testing & Nutritional Therapy!
My Mission
My goal as a Double Board Certified Nutritionist and Functional Diagnostic Nutritionist Practitioner is to give you the tools necessary to learn how to become healthy for a lifetime. This means empowering you to take responsibility for your own health. Throughout our relationship together, my role will be that of educator and coach as we investigate hidden sources of chronic stress with functional lab work. We will also work together to be sure that you are equipped to fuel your body with the right kinds and amounts of protein, carbs, and fats to carry your health for the rest of your life.
If you’re committed to doing the work to remove removing sources of chronic stress, root cause issues, and restoring your body to OPTIMAL function, please read on!
How My 1:1 Program Works
1. Complete Intake Forms and Order Labs
The first step will be to order any Functional lab kits that might be relevant to your case. As you wait for those kits to arrive, several intake forms will be e-mailed to be filled out at your earliest convenience. You will also be asked to log everything you are eating and drinking for three days. Once complete, you will email those logs to me. (NOTE: Cost of lab testing is not included in package pricing).
2. Get Started with Proper Fuel
Based on your food logs, health history, age, and body composition goals - we get started immediately with proper macronutrient balance. You will receive clear and comprehensive education on how to create your meals, when to eat, what to eat, and how much protein, carbohydrates and fats you should be getting every day. We work closely together with weekly check-ins to be sure that you are able to reach your targets with your life schedule. We focus heavily on this for about four weeks while we wait for test results to come in.
3. Results and Recommendations
When all results are in, you will receive about 90-minutes worth of video analyses from me that will break down your results correlate to your symptoms and health struggles. I explain each detail of the results, line-by-line so that you clearly understand each marker and how it is contributing to the health challenges you face. You will also receive a detailed, completely personalized suggested healing protocol to address the imbalances found. Protocols include dietary changes, supplements that may be needed, and any additional healing modalities to maximize results. You will have clarity on what needs to be done and WHY by the end of these videos. A follow-up phone call with me to discuss any questions or concerns following results is recommended and encouraged!
4. Follow Up and Continued Support
We will continue to check-in every week for the entire duration of your protocol. Phone calls can be scheduled with me as needed, and email support is always available in-between sessions.Â
5. Final Session
During our final session, we will reassess symptoms, and evaluate room for further improvement. Emphasis will be placed on continuing your new healthy habits far beyond our time together. Remember, the road to health is a lifelong journey, and doesn’t end with our coaching relationship! Personal recommendations for health maintenance are given at this time.
It is often the case that follow-up testing is recommended in order to track progress, or in light of additional clues that come up along the way. Pricing for these can be discussed as needed. See FAQs page.

TestimonialsÂ
"Coming into this program, my 8-year-old son had been suffering for a long time from stomach pain, urgency to go to the bathroom after eating, and loose/light colored stool. The biggest misconception that we learned through this program was that we can heal our gut health through herbal supplements, and not just from antibiotics/other medications. I also learned that food intolerance can cause a huge imbalance in our gut which leads to opportunist overgrowth such as parasites and certain bacteria.Â
Lindsay was amazing and I wouldn't change anything about our experience with her. We finally have answers, and my son's stool has returned to a normal color and is more solid. His stomach pain is gone and has a lot less urgency to use the restroom. We are forever grateful for her care for our son!"
-Kristina H.
"When I found Lindsay, my main health complaints were weight management and low energy. This program has definitely taught me how to eat right to fuel my body and how important protein is to metabolic function. Before this program, I believed that eating more calories would automatically make me gain weight, but it turns out that I actually needed more of the right kinds of foods to finally move the needle in my weight loss journey.
I feel completely equipped to continue my health journey and would recommend my time with Lindsay to anyone looking to truly learn more about how to eat for their unique body and lifestyle."
-Sheila C.
"Before working with Lindsay in her 1:1 program, I was struggling with chronic acne, moodiness, and low energy. Over the past 6 months I have effectively learned how to eliminate these symptoms and have adapted new habits in diet, sleep, and lifestyle.
The biggest take away is that I no longer believe that holistic health is a 'one-and-done' thing, it truly is about educating yourself about yourself and being patient with the process of healing. The tests we ran and healing supplement protocol were extremely helpful and I definitely feel like I have a handle on things in a manageable way! Thank you so much!!"
