Thank you for your interest in nutritional therapy

My Mission

My goal as a Double Board Certified Nutritionist and Functional Diagnostic Nutritionist Practitioner is to give you the tools necessary to learn how to become healthy for a lifetime. This means empowering you to take responsibility for your own health. Throughout our relationship together, my role will be that of educator and coach as we investigate hidden sources of chronic stress with functional lab work. We will also work together to be sure that you are equipped to fuel your body with the right kinds and amounts of protein, carbs, and fats to carry your health for the rest of your life.

If you’re committed to doing the work to remove removing sources of chronic stress, root cause issues, and restoring your body to OPTIMAL function, please read on!

How My 1:1 Program Works

Step 1: Complete Intake Forms and Order Labs

The first step will be to order any Functional lab kits that might be relevant to your case. As you wait for those kits to arrive, several intake forms will be e-mailed to be filled out at your earliest convenience. You will have immediate access to your personal, private food journal where you will begin uploading every meal so I can review and we can begin troubleshooting right away!  (NOTE: Cost of lab testing is not included in package pricing).

Step 2: Get Started with Proper Fuel

Based on your food logs, health history, age, and body composition goals - we get started immediately with proper macronutrient balance. You will receive clear and comprehensive education on how to create your meals, when to eat, what to eat, and how much protein, carbohydrates and fats you should be getting every day. We work closely together with weekly check-ins to be sure that you are able to reach your targets with your life schedule. We focus heavily on this for about four weeks while we wait for test results to come in.

Step 3: Results and Recommendations

When all results are in, you will receive about 90-minutes worth of video analyses from me that will break down your results correlate to your symptoms and health struggles. I explain each detail of the results, line-by-line so that you clearly understand each marker and how it is contributing to the health challenges you face. You will also receive a detailed, completely personalized suggested healing protocol to address the imbalances found. Protocols include dietary changes, supplements that may be needed, and any additional healing modalities to maximize results. You will have clarity on what needs to be done and WHY by the end of these videos. A follow-up phone call with me to discuss any questions or concerns following results is recommended and encouraged!

Step 4: Follow Up and Continued Support

We will continue to check-in every week for the entire duration of your protocol. Phone calls can be scheduled with me as needed, and email support is always available in-between sessions.

Step 5: Final Session

During our final session, we will reassess symptoms, and evaluate room for further improvement. Emphasis will be placed on continuing your new healthy habits far beyond our time together. Remember, the road to health is a lifelong journey, and doesn’t end with our coaching relationship! Personal recommendations for health maintenance are given at this time.

It is often the case that follow-up testing is recommended in order to track progress, or in light of additional clues that come up along the way. Pricing for these can be discussed as needed. See FAQs page.
